Monster wanted to inspire the growing number of insecure job seekers to unite their passions with their professions by using Monster.com to find the perfect job, and show employers that Monster helps find world-class talent.
DESIGN
Rush developed a partnership with the Marussia F1 Team. Through this partnership, Monster became the team’s global recruitment partner, charged with helping the team hire up to 40 permanent positions including hard-to-fill technical jobs.
DELIVER
As part of this partnership, Monster used its brand platform – “Find Better” – to demonstrate to consumers that life-changing jobs are on Monster, and show employers that Monster helps find world-class talent.
The partnership delivered unprecedented results, including over one million hiring site visits and nearly 900K job views in 113 countries. Further, the supporting media campaign (led by incumbent agency The Marketing Arm) generated nearly 500 news stories across 14 international markets and four continents, including two top-tier publications. The most tangible result of the programme’s success was 41 new employee hires in the United Kingdom and five global hires across six business divisions within the Marussia F1 Team.
