LDC boasted an investment portfolio of over 80 companies with the ability to use LDC’s sponsorship investment in the Marussia F1 team from 2010 – 2014. LDC looked to Rush to manage the Portfolio Company engagement process and ensure each participating member extracted the maximum value for their business.
DESIGN
Rush worked closely with over 60 companies each year to design and deliver bespoke sponsorship and activation packages. Rush consulted to each business to understand their objectives and ambitions from the F1 Team association and designed activation plans which comprised, PR & Comms, client entertainment, experiential displays using Team assets, driver days, business 2 business seminars. Rush tracked, measured and reported all activity and was able to ensure LDC offered a significant point of difference to sector rivals that lead to increases in acquisitions and more profitable business exits.
DELIVER
Rush delivered “0n” & ‘off track” management services that ensured each portfolio company could extract the maximum amount of value from their opportunity. As a result of the innovative programme, portfolio companies were able to enter new markets, secure new partners, customers and suppliers and benefit from tangible growth in their business attributable to increased brand awareness, consideration and preference. LDC was able to demonstrate significant increases additional business through its B2B and brand related activities.
